Rural Enterprise Development
Corporation (REDC) is a
non-profit initiative providing
educational, technical and
financial assistance to
entrepreneurs. REDC is a
Community Development Financial
Institution (CDFI) certified by
the U.S. Treasury Department.
The Program also serves as a
forum for entrepreneurs to
network, share ideas, express,
concerns and seek support.
Since 1994, REDC through LEAP
has provided business services
to more than 125 local
entrepreneurs -- many with low
to moderate incomes. If you own
a small business or have an idea
for a small business, you may be
eligible.
