Rural Enterprise Development Corporation (REDC) is a non-profit initiative providing educational, technical and financial assistance to entrepreneurs. REDC is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the U.S. Treasury Department.

The Program also serves as a forum for entrepreneurs to network, share ideas, express, concerns and seek support.

Since 1994, REDC through our Local Enterprise Assistance Program (LEAP) has provided business services to more than 125 local entrepreneurs -- many with low to moderate incomes. If you own a small business or have an idea for a small business, you may be eligible.
